When I first moved in, I was warned about the manager, and didn't believe in the negative comments that were said towards her because she seemed so nice, and boy do I regret it. Living here is worse than being a child who still lives at home with a very strict mother. Constant "maintenance" visits, just mean, "I'm going into your apartment when you're not at home to look through your stuff". And when you do need something fixed, don't hold your breath.
