We lived there for almost 3 years. Under the management they had when we first moved in it was nasty, there were cockroaches everywhere, and we had to deal with them always entering the units. But after another company took over the bug problem went away. We never had problems with maintanence inside our unit, other then hot water problems in the shower. It seemed like new tenants got louder as time went on. There was one unit across from ours, that was a party house, drunken people were outside all night, being loud, apparently one night they decided to run around naked outside. But the manager was trying to kick them out so she was nice and very willing to try to control issues. Overall it was a decent area but a lot of kids so during the day it can be kind of loud with kids playing in the parking lots. The gates are also broken quite often which makes it less secure with anyone being able to get in, but we never had problems personally with car break ins or anything like that.
