The management was horrible. She was so nice until I moved in. Kind of the whole bait and switch tactic. Once you sign those papers her true self came out and it was not the personality of a manger. She was rude, never in the office, and lazy. It took forever to get maintenance to come and I lived there for two years without a light in my refrigerator because they kept telling me they had to order some part for it. They take practically your whole deposit when you leave for things that they should cover- I left the apartment in perfect condition and I was charged for cleaning, painting, the manager even wrote on my walkthru form that there were leaves in my backyard!! Come on! Leaves!! I dont know how much she charged me for those leaves but I was just glad to be gone. Oh, and parking was a nightmare. There are assigned parking spaces but people always somehow found their way to mine and the manager would do nothing about it.
