Under new ownership . . . From: montag01 Date posted: 4/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've only lived here a couple of months, and so far my experience has been great. Excellent upkeep, ridiculously cheap rent, very friendly staff. That said, we've just been given notice that the complex has been purchased by another company and the current staff has been laid off. So keep that in mind . . . this place may be heading for major changes.
