Not a great place anymore From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We moved in in here a year go and are leaving this week.We found bed bugs and had totos out funiture that was new and cost us hundreds of dollars.They were not on the ball for exterminating the bugs so we got stcuk in a bad situation.Under new management the place went down hill,we have seen quite a few midnight move outs.The quality of people moving in here is trash.Either you have your drunks or gangbangers take your pick with a dash of car theives scoping cars in the wee hours of the morning.Our license plate with tags was stolen over the weekend.Thugs walking around talikng ---- to people and the pool has gotten filthy.If you need something fixed you will have to bug them for a week before someone fixes the problem and the guy lives on sight.Dogs are not allowed in the building but the maitenance people own a big dog and walk it around the complex.I guesse only certain people get priveledges.This once was a nice place but now its going to pot just like everyother complex owned by people out of state.Storage sucks too and they are raising the rent very high for what its worth.The laundrey facility is ----,3 machines for each building with 40 units..and they raised the price on that!This is not a place for you if you are a working family,move on for your own good.
