When I first moved in last year that staff always kept the grounds immaculate, the walkways always swept and clean, the elevators always scrubbed down. Ownership changed and it doesn't seem that appearance is really what they are after, although they have really done alot of work renovating the insides of the older apartments. With that came a ridiculous price increase, which I had NOT been told about until I was getting ready to re-sign my lease, which was frustrating, especially on a fixed budget. I do not have a renovated apartment, no washer/dryer hookups or dishwasher, like the ad in the apartment guide says. I do have to say that the staff hours are better and it's easier to find time to talk with them about things that come up than it was with the previous staff. Over the past six months though I've noticed that the new leasees tend to be a bit more rambunctious at night than previous tenants... In other words, there are nights when I want to tell people to shut up because they are being so loud. But hey, it's an apartment building, what do you expect..I think that for the price they are going for now, I could find something much better, cleaner, and probably bigger in the Arvada area. Also, there is only ONE entrance and exit to the grounds and in order to access the interstate, which is RIGHT THERE, you have to back track and flip a U. That's frustrating.
