When I moved in two years ago, it was great. And very affordable. Under the new management company though, things have gone to pot. They've not fixed multiple things that I have requested in my apartment to be fixed. The maintainance crew stained my carpet. The water, oh don't get me started!!! I'll be in the middle of a (short) shower and the water will turn freezing then almost instantly turn so hot that I'm almost burned!
They have tried to hike my rent over $250 in the past year. When I re-signed under the new management, they tried to hike my rent $100, AFTER telling me that it wouldn't be more than $20, $50 extra, max. This year, as my lease terms, they want to hike it almost $150 on me!
They have lost my rent check and tried to blame me. I was told to give a 45 day notice, but when the time came, they posted a note on my door to resign saying I needed to give a 60 day notice. (this was 55 days away from the end of my lease.. .how convenient for them!)
My neighbors are noisy, cops have been called on numerous domestics, and the staff doesn't really appear to care all that much about the tenants.
I would say *STAY AWAY*!!!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I would agree with you, this place use to be great and has gone to pots after the new management took over. Too bad because it use to be very affordable and safe. Now it is turning to a slum
