I moved in about 8 months ago and am COMPLETLEY DISSATISFIED. When we first moved in there was an outbreak of bed bugs and despite the complex spraying, they kept coming back. There are also numerous times the cops have been called because of rowdy drunken teenagers, or violence. It is a haven for drugs, and not the place to settle down and raise a family at all. They recently allowed dogs and now when I come home I have to dodge poop in the entrance ways because they don't really enforce people cleaning up after their pets. There is never hot water unless you flush your toilet while your showers running, but then ofcourse it is scalding. I have heard from my neighbors that they have gone into people's apartments when they were not home without warning. They are slow to fix anything. I really recommend you stay far far away. Oh and one more thing, the lights in my building don't work so at night I don't feel safe at all.
