This building is terrible. I moved because the rent sounded relatively cheap, but I soon learned that the real price is in the hidden fees and obscene utility bills. I have never once turned my thermostat over 60, yet was charged 100 dollars a month for heat. Matenance takes months to respond to work orders. The apartments are poor quality, and the design defies explanation. For example, when I tried to get my cable hooked up, the technician searched for 30 minutes before finding it in my closet. Half the outlets do not work. The neighbors bump music at 4 a.m. on weeknights, then respond in a hostile manner when you tell them to keep it down. I could go on all day about how terrible this place in, but I can sum it up in thee words: DON'T DO IT. I am counting the days till my lease is up. but I have to stay an extra week because I gave them a 55 days notice instead of the required 60, and have to pay a $70 fee. Hope it helps.
