The rent is decent but the other tenants are disrespectful.Someone backed in to my wifes car and just drove off. Ever since they have started allowing dogs it has been nothing but barking and poop. There is never anyone in the office they are always "out showing". Apparently they over corrected the hot water problem and it is now a scalding 150 degrees and the mixing valve in the shower fails so it goes from scalding to freezing and back several times over the course of a shower. I have had to call 3 times about the new "top of the line" washing machines. And there is no dishwasher or storage. All I can say is that you will regret living here.
