About Apple Creek Apartments....

Apple Creek Apartments is a reasonably good community to reside in.
The one-bedroom units are comfortable, but nothing exceptional. A major plus is the ovwersized walk-in closets, and quiet setting.
Some of the minus points are the pink (rasberry) carpet and countertops, and a third-party monopoly on cable TV. (You?re not able to acquire cable TV via the local provider. You have to get it through a third party which provides it from a dish, then connects all subscribers through an underground cable. Then they charge excessive rates for basic.)
There is a decent swimming pool, vollyball court, and coin-op laundry on site.
The community is made up of 19 buildings clustered together in groups of 4 to 6. This allows for easy access, and several grassy areas for recreation. There are two enterances to the complex. One on each end (East and West) which makes accessing the area easy.
Apple creek has units for singles (studios &one-bedrooms) as well as two-bedroom units.
Apple Creek is in Arvada, and is quiet and located off the main street.
The crime rate is almost non-existant, and the grocery store, McDonalds, a thrift store and K-mart are next door, a three-minute walk away.
