I came across Apple Creek via the net and saw in the pics they were really nice and the complex looked very clean. then I look at the stuff included in the units: w/d hookups, d/w, FIREPLACE. then I saw the prices!!
Where else in Denver can you get the above mentioned for $550/month and it's a very nice place in a nice part of town'
In addition to all that, you get a great maintenance and management too.
The only thing I don't like about Apple Creek is that there's no hot tub and just a small swimming pool. Oh well, we're living in almost luxury for cheap huh'
I would recommend Apple Creek to ANYONE looking for an apartment.
