I lived here for about 2.5 years and was happy with everything for the most part. I did have some really gross neighbors that would leave trash outside their door, but that was taken care of pretty quickly. The only other thing that was kind of a bummer was that there was no hottub or chaise lounge chairs at the pool. But the prices are super reasonable and it's really close to just about everything you could need.
