I lived at Apple Creek from 1999 to 2005.
The management was allright, but they were nitpickers when it came to my upkeep. they cited me two times just because of a few papers on the floor. (I was re-organizing at the time!)
In mid-2005, I bought a condo in Westminster and moved. I thought I gave them the notice they required prior to moving, but they seem to have a short memory. They made me pay an extra 2 month;s rent plus costs for cleaning the carpet. I thought the deposit covered that! I guess not!
Overall, I'd rate then about 5 out of 10. Not a bad cost for what you get. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
