The apartments are nicely maintained and somewhat reasonably priced, but the management is anything but nice. They have more policies than you can shake a stick at. One would have thought I was taking out a mortgage when I was in the application process. We moved in, but only after much deliberation and about $200 in application fees. That should have warned me, but I didn't have the forsight. Many hidden policies appeared after we moved in (i.e. no live Christmas trees), not to mention the railroad tracks (note the "s" making this plural) on each side of the complex that run all hours day and night. My wife and I were always very prompt about payments and are still in very good standing with the complex; however, their impoliteness and arrogance did tempt me to be otherwise. In a nutshell, RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
