Arvada Village is a sinking ship

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Trashy maintainence workers, inadaquate management, loud uneducated people. Crappy cars with eviction notices on 99% of the doors here every stinking month. No one plows the dang parking lot in the winter-As someone else noted, it used to be better. The old management- as snotty as they were got the job done-right-the first time.
