Don't rent at Arvada Village Apartments

Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2008-01-01

Nothing ever gets fixed. Pool is always dirty or broke. Dirty. People moving in and out all the time. Loud. Parking lot fills with water and sits there for months after it snows. Mice. The management staff is very unproffesional and rude. Don't live here save yourself from this disaster. Oh and the cops are always there.
