Best place to live in Arvada

I have lived at Aspen Point for over 6 years. I've seen a lot of managers come and go, but the current one, Carlene, is the best. She's done lots of improvements to the apartment grounds and she makes sure everyone follows the rules or she doesn't let them stay here.

Maintenance here is really good too. Roman usually fixes any problems within a day and he's always very friendly and easygoing. The other guy cleans the hallways and the grounds every day. The only thing I don't like here are all the kids, but they are noisy because they aren't in school right now.

There is a fitness center in the clubhouse that is open all the time and has a TV to watch while you work out. The pool is clean and everyone likes to hang out there. Price is good but going up because everyone wants to live here now that it looks nice. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
