In July, we moved from California to Arvada, Co. We saw Aspen Point's website and really liked what we saw. The gentelmen that helped us with all our paperwork was really nice and helpful. He gave us our address so we can start to forward our mail. Everything seemed to be ogoing as planned. Well, once we arrived, the address that was given to us was wrong, there was new management, which noone told us about, the day before we moved in, the apartment right above ours flooded and it leaked to our apartment. When we moved in, we had two huge really gross yellowish, brown spots on our ceiling, which we yet to have replainted. our "brand new" fridge still leaks out water so I can not store certain things on the bottom shelves. cabinets are falling apart. If we new what a lemon this was, we would have NEVER moved her. We cannot wait to move. We are actually thinking about possibly breaking our lease to move to another complex. This time we will be able to go in and see what we are in for.
