We have lived in this complex happily for several years. This last year with the new owners has been less than ideal. The manager does not live in the complex and doesn't walk around often. This has lead to different tenets storing items in the halls, in front of the building and in back of the building. Its great if the idea is to go for a ghetto look, but then I also want to pay a ghetto rent. There has been a lot of improvements to the front of the buildings, but the maintenance of the apartments has become very lax. We have asked several times to have certain items fixed and to this day they still aren't done. The new tenants in this building are loud and unfriendly. This may not be under the apt. manager's control, but coming over and telling them to turn their damn stereo off certainly is.

I agree. Teh complex has gone down hill in just the few monthsw we were there. I heard about how it used to be and things seemed better. Hopefully with these comments, things will get better. Also, I don't trust the new matanance guy. I had family from CA ove one day and the guy came to "fix" the fridge, and when we came back home, my things had been gone through. I trusted the first guy there becuase he never went through my things, but this new blond/redish hair guy just can't be trusted alone in your place. Only saying becuase of what happened to me. And then when I told brad he was very conserned, but I heard nothing of else after that.
