I moved in here in the Winter of 2006 and thought "this place isn't to bad", but as time went on things change very fast!
The office staff is nice enough, but really lacks any follow through on concerns brought to their attention. I have brought up things like smoking in the halls, dogs off their leash,etc.... and nothing has been done!
New management took over and with that came a new maintenance man. The maintenance staff has become very lazy and isn't really willing to help the residents. I have called in a maintenance request the 2nd week in December of 2008 and I am still waiting for the work to be done.
The new management did some upgrades to the office and the outside of the builds, but it would of been better spent on replaceing windows(Water leaks in, they don't keep the chill out). On that note the new management hiked up the utilities, stoped sending out a bill, and doesn't post their actual contact info any where!
The noise level has increased as well (these apartments are right next to train tracks; I didn't notice that until I already moved in.), but the bumping cars, loud neighbors, and the walls are paper thin (you can hear everything).
Not to mention parking....they said that you need a permit to park here which is just silly....my friend and I both got a warning about parking and if we didn't get a permit our cars would be towed. This is such an inconvenice; if they are going to do this then make it a gated community!
Overall, I would not move back here!!!Keep looking there are much better places then this for the price!
