Castlegate Apartments

Everything has gone down From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/11/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Any problem, no matter what it is takes forever to get done or never happens. I've had to call at least 3 times for any maintenance issue. I lived here for 3 years from 94 to 97 and things were pretty decent then. I came back after a few years it's worse. They've tried upgrading apartments and the outside only so they can charge more. They keep $150 of your deposit now no matter what. Right now I'm trying to get A/C fixed and it has been almost a month and no one has even looked at it. I've called 3 times, and they always act like it's the first time they've heard of it. They need new management and I'm considering reporting them. The only nice thing is to be by the golf course. Nice view.
