Castlegate Apartments

Poorly managed and not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   I lived here for 3 years and it was high time to move out considering the current conditions. Maintenance is difficult to reach and usually items are not fixed, if at all, on the first visit. They are not available on weekends and if your AC breaks, good luck ever getting it fixed. The police are at the complex quite often for a variety of reasons. The most noticeable and notable degradation of Castlegate over the last 3 years has been the office staff. It is difficult to reach a person, especially if it's close to closing time, and don't expect to receive a response from them or get anything taken care of. The prior comments posted on this site mostly sum up Castlegate. Don't do it - it's definitely not worth the money and the headaches to be treated like a number.
