The crime is BAD. We were assured when we moved in that there was 24 hour onsite security guards that patrol the area. That was a lie. No security guards at all and management will not address any concerns about the crime here except to say they have to rent to everyone to be able to get their low income reinbursement from the government.
Our car has been broken into many times and there are strange people looking into our apartment at all hours of the night.
The complex has become a haven for drug dealers since management will not act on tenant complaints. This week, a resident was murdered next to the playground my kids play in. We feel unsafe here and it was the worse decision of our lives to move here.
