We have been living here a couple of years and if we had it to do over again we wouldn't have moved here in the first place. Now that we're here we can't afford to move out. They bent over backwards to get us in and that's where our bending over began. There was a recent murder in the complex. Our neighbors have told us about problems with others selling drugs, not having hot water or any water pressure, flooding, mice, and squirrels and pigeons in the attics. We have heard the pigeons above one of our bedrooms. There was a recent fire in an apartment because of "something" in the AC/Heater vents. Rumor has it it was a dead pigeon. And there's the "Remodel". What a joke!!!!!!!!! We were told so many things that weren't true. Were told a "complete remodel". Didn't happen. The bathrooms are not part of it so we still have the original bathroom fixtures from when the apt. was built back in the '70s. Fresh paint, new carpet and tile, new light fixtures, and possible new appliances. If that's a "complete remodel" then I've got more money than Bill Gates!!!!!!!!!! Yeah, they put you up in an extended stay hotel but they still charge you the full months rent. We were told it was because they were paying for it. Uh, WHAT''!! If they're truly paying for it then they would've pro-rated the rent and then paid for the motel. When we still got charged for the two weeks we weren't in the apt then, yes, WE were paying in part for the motel room. And to top it all off we have our own washer/dryer and while in the motel had to pay extra to do our own laundry!!! I would not recommend these apartments to ANYONE!!!!!!!!

They are remodeling the clubhouse, and they are building garages for rent. My apartment had been recently remodeled when I came in.
