I don't know if I would compare them to Hell but purgatory may be closer. I have lived here for 3 years. They are pretty average if you ask me. I would say the people who think it is unsafe here and that the neighborhood is bad must have never been in a really bad neighborhood before. I jog at night all the time around the lake the street and I have never felt unsafe. Also, I have never seen a "gang banger" walking around or had some radom person knock on my dooor late at night. There are alot of kids which is very annoying since they do like to use the elevators as a toy. It is definaltly no always dirty and i never see trash thrown every where, but there is a distictive smell in air which I can't quite explain. Not the greatest but deffinatly not the worst complex in the metro area either
