Lived at Mesa Verde Apartment Homes for couple weeks shy of a year. Decent sized apartments. Residents are fare. Maitnance crew takes pride in what they do. Never had any problems other than the hole early termination on the lease. No matter what sized apartment you get out of if you dont finish you lease they charge a set rate of just under $2600.00 buddy of mine had a 3 bedroom they charged him the same as they did my 1 bedroom apartment. Most of the management is very helpful. Only person I recomend not talking to Ever is the "Main Supervisor" Beverly.
If you ever have to live here focus all you'r Questins toward Cindy or the othere gal in the office. Ask anyone who lives there Beverly is not a goto person.

The sooner Management Can get rid of Beverly the sooner Mesa Verde Rateings will go up.
I do Recomend Mesa Verde As long as you Dont ever have to deal with Beverly...
