but do not move in! This is the problem. The management is horrible, if they were doing their jobs, and enforcing the leases this might be a decent place to live. But they do not, or rather, they only enforce the leases on people who pay the rent on time, and don't bother anyone. The low lives get away with murder.
There have been numerous problems with horrible crackhead neighbors, and the office says to write a complaint. Then they tell the person the complaint was about exactly who wrote it. Then they threaten to evict those who complained in the first place.
This is not the only instance, there are tons of drugs here, plus violence, and neglected children. Fantastic.
You may think this "is only one opinion" and that you can save money on rent here. I'm telling you, that's what I thought. And I was wrong.
Horrible.

So what is your review really about? Did you run out of crack and have nothing better to do but to write a pointless review? Are you a person who can't follow rules? do you have your looser boyfriend living with you and he's not supose to be? Do you like to complain and complain about really stupid crap because you can't get along with your neighbors? Did you forget to pay your rent and ask if you could have like 3 extra weeks to pay itbecause you lost your job, or your car broke down, or your kid was sick and all your money is gone? Do you have like 10 of your friends living with you in a 1 bedroom apartment? Why is management so horrible? Why are you so bitter? Is it because your boyfriend beats you and causes the cops to come? What is the real problem?

Actually, I hate this apartment complex because they seem to rent exclusively to the kinds of people you describe. I have never been late on rent nor do I have a loser abusive boyfriend. I don't want to live that way, and I don't want to listen to all of those people, and their screwed up point of view. By the way, I moved out. And I am so relieved that I am away from you crazy crackheads. Especially you.
