People on this 'review board' are so stupid and very tough behind a keyboard might I add. This is meant to post YOUR OPINION about the apartment complex. Not to attack someone because they do not agree with your opinion on LOVING the complex. Just because you live in an apartment does not give you the right to let your kids run and stomp around 12 hours out of the day. Stop using the fact that you 'live in an apartment' as an excuse of bad parenting. CONTROL your children! Tell them there are people next to or under them. TEACH THEM. Blasting music is also not okay, no matter what time of day it is! Have some damn respect. You do not know if the person above you just got off from a 12 hour shift. Or if a mother is attempting to put her crying baby down for a nap. As for the management staff at Mesa Verde, terrible. Maybe they are good people in their own personal lives, but they cannot run an office. Seriously. Plain and simple THEY ARE RUDE. You do not know the full extent of what you are getting into until you sign a lease and move in. Because of that- DO NOT JUDGE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY LIVE HERE! Hello... you do too or you wouldn't be writting on this board!'!' Sure you can see by looks alone it is not the greatest place you can be. Some people have to live in a place like this though, enabling them to move into/ buy a town house or home next year. Some people are using this as a year to catch up on bills and work on their credit. SOME PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO RETIRE AND DIE HERE!!! It is cheap and it gets the job done for temporary living. Cheap rent does not mean that you have to act/live like you are in a zoo though. Remeber, they do not tell you when you sign the lease, 'people love to blast their music at all hours, we here in the office will never take care of your noise complaint (we just say it in the lease) and everytime you call us in the office we will speak to you in a rude tone and make you feel completely stupid. I do infact live here, and will NOT be renewing my lease (surprise) or recommend anyone to move in. For the people that have lived here for 5 years, more power to you. You obviously have a high tollerance for noise and very low standard for living. *I am sure a staff member will reply to this 'anonymously' or some lady who has lived here for 12 years. So, think REEAAALLLLLL hard about something good to say about this place. Maybe you can say how 'great it is living here' or 'how green the grass is here'... blah blah blah. Maybe you could throw in an insult because that would be SO mature! You should probably save your time in doing so however because I AM RIGHT- I KNOW IT and deep down inside you do too. You live and you learn.

*** Management DOES respond to these! I posted a review 2 months back about noisey neighbors (VERY VAGUE REVIEW), and 2 hours after I did it, I recieved a response. The response was my EXACT complaint I 'tried' taking to them about the neighbors. 'She' was so detailed with it (my original coplaint) THERE IS NO WAY ANYONE KNEW ABOUT THE DETAILS BESIDES THE OFFICE!!! Not to mention being VERY deffensive about the staff in the response. I believe the exact quote was "What more could the management staff do for someone like you". *HELLO YOUR JOB!!!!!!* Lastly, the fact that there are 50 families in each building and over 300 apartments total was added. Who else would know that right off the top of their head''' Or want to say that for that matter. Only a member of STAFF. Come on ladies stay off the internet and DO YOUR JOBS!

Are you kidding??? What could staff possibly do to make someone like you happy? You chose to live in an apartment. A big complex that has like 50 family's in each building. With 300 apartments and someone like you complaining because you can hear "NOISE" above you, and you can hear kid's playing. OMG GET A CLUE YOU NUT!!!!This is apartment living you don't like it buy a house.

Wow! I wonder which office lady is monitoring this site for comments. Bev, is that you? Cause you are really abrasive in person, and I can imagine you all excited to bash people who give their honest opinions of this horrible place. Maybe you should attend to the problems in the complex, instead of attacking the people who live there. That would be a great way to change opinions. That, however would require that you take some decisive action, which I doubt you have the will and mental acuity to do.

So why is it such a horrible place? Why does management suck? And again what could staff possibly do to make a ding bat crazy like you happy? Do you ACTUALLY think you are going to live in an apartment building with 50 apartments in each building, having people above you below you and all around you that you wont hear noise? for real MOVE and buy a house. By the way lowdowndirtydumbass why do 2 pissy reviews because your mad at the fact that your life sucks. How about you get a job and not sleep in all day don't be a lazy crazy crack head ----- waiting for people around you to move and make noise so you can call the office and ----- about it.

"What more could the staff possibly do"? How about their job? Then maybe that place wouldn't be such a crap hole! You obviously work there or you wouldn't rush to their defense. Well, keep on smooching their booties. All it will get you is bad breath. Mesa Verde STINKS and you know it!

This apartment is one of the worst i have ever lived in... the management are the biggest laziest cocky ------- in the world... last night gunshots were heard outside the building so yeah this place is super safe you self righteous know it alls... signed someone living in hades ps. did make them so crazy they were venting steam by shooting towards your building....
