I have a friend who lives here, she has never complained about anything. My friend has talked about how the staff is very nice and they do many family type events for the residents, which not many other places offer. When it came time for me to look for an apartment I looked around heard about this site, I can only imagine these bad reviews are from disgruntled ex-residents. I have signed my lease and have moved in with no problems, staff has been very helpful. I had a broken closet door turned in repair request and within couple days it was fixed. Good to be home.

Hmmm, I wonder why this sudden influx of good reviews for Mesa Verde? I'll bet they're giving people discounts on their rent for talking them up. They must be desperate to improve those ratings. Give it time. You'll see why all those ex-residents were disgruntled.

I agree. I think they got scared about how many of us were saying it was the office posting negative messages. They learned a new trick, next time they should try MANAGING the complex, and then I think there really would be glowing reviews.
