I've experienced vandalism over the years with my truck (window broken, egged, etc.)Apt. is too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The heating system 'kocks' in the walls when it's on and the single A/C will only cool the front room partially. If you're a smoker, you'll love it here as everyone smokes. All in all it's ok, but rather expensive for what you get. The staff is ok.
