Nice Property From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003   I spent a nice amount of time at this complex; enough to see management change a couple of times. This is a nice complex to reside, the residents are generally nice and the property remains very quite. This is not a place to live if you have children, I often wondered myself if children were even accepted. These apartments are very well cared for and besides the holes in the structure (Due to wood-peckers), the appearence is nice as well. I cannot leave a comment without telling the absolute truth. There are apartments located to the south of these; I do believe that they are low income housing, regardless, they cause a lot of security issues. Automobiles were frequently broken into and some vandalized. Palmetto Club has contracted a security company but in personal opinion; may want to contract a dedicated security company. If you are a fan of swimming, you may want to concider another property fore the pool at this one is far below standards these days.
