Fair From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I liked my apartment; I enjoyed having an apartment that was comparable to a town home. I was not thrilled with the lack of parking nor was I thrilled with the maintainence issues. We encountered several issues concerning the overall construction of this property including a flooded basement due to a back up in the sewage lines. If you have an automobile, you may find parking to be a rareity. This is a nice community less the fact of what is mentioned above. Also keep in mind, you are living next to a major boulevard. One more thing; if you do not like children nor the sound of them; you may want to look on. Sunset Ridge has plenty of family's residing here and the parents don't seem to care where there children may roam.
