Maybe.... Maybe Not From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Okay, as a single mother, working a very good job, I was sold on this affordable beautiful townhome. At least until I got my first rent statement. They had me on the $995/mo. But then, came the water, sewer, gas, cable. All at once added on to the rent. And with budgeting my money, its like getting all the bills at once and due on the same day. I don't think I ever paid less then $1200 a month. Most apartments include these things in the rent, not ADD THEM ON! I did add cable on thru them, only to find out they charge $27 for basic, and Comcast charges $14. The place is beautiful, I did have a problem with some of the Jr High kids walking around using profanity and talking vulgar around the playgrounds where the little kids play. In my area, parking was not a problem. I did also have a problem with the girls that had 3 large dogs a few doors down, and always managed to have her dogs use my lawn and never cleaning up after them. It was disgusting when my kids would want to play, and here I am cleaning up after her dogs, just to have them do it a few hours later. I had a game night with my brother, sister in law and my mom. (On a weekend). At 8:45 my neighbor was pounding on the wall because we were laughing too loud. Every morning at 4 I wake up because I can hear the neighbor opening her closets. So, my point, walls are too thin. Oh, and not to mention, this one big guy was literally hitting his girl, closed fisted right in front of the whole complex. Cops were called, but no one seemed to see anything but me. You might like it more then me, but as for right now, I am so done with the mess. They sent letters out to the whole complex about fixing broken blinds by the end of the week. No one has still been around. Also, when I moved in, they had just had city inspection.
