a nice place to live but too pricey From: circuitfox Date posted: 4/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I liked living in Semper village, the apartments were nice and well cared for, but at $720/month for a one bedroom apartment it was just to expensive. Their advertisements for the apartments list $640/month for a one bedroom but that's not the true price.
