I lived at Toscana for four years and have seen the property and management turn into a disgraceful mess. Since new management, no one cleans the grounds, there has been a significant increase in car thefts and the office coustomer service sucks! The apartments are nice and in a good location but if you ahve to deal with the management staff, good lick they are aloof, disrespectful and would be better at fliping burgers than in property management. This renter is right! I recently moved away from Toscana and I have not slept as well as I have lately. No train! No drip, drip, drip like Chinese water tortured in the walls! No freeway! No pot smoke coming in the window! No arrogant idiots partying all hours of the day and night! No more useless management! No more disgusting grounds! Finally! I'm so happy I could cry. DO NOT MOVE TO TOSCANA!!!!
