Whatever the cost of ending your lease, I strongly recommend it! Once we left there, our lives have been filled with tranquility and peace. That place was a hell hole and we both avoided being home whenever we could. Leaving was the best thing for our sanity and health. PS: if you do leave, be prepared for another month of BS and being treated like you're invisible. Don't expect to get your deposit back either, we were told we weren't eligible since we broke our lease. It took about 2 months to fix out water bill (being charged long after we left and threatened to be sent to collections).

That's only the tip of the ice berg, they are always over or under charging people, only for the person to find out down the road. They will definitly slap a notice on your door before 1st checking to see if their figures were correct.
If incorrect, they DO NOT issue written apologies until you go to their upper management in Colorado through Carmel Partners; then you suddenly get GREAT service.......too late people! Save yourselves a heartache; do not move to Water Towner Flats in Arvada!

Uhhh...just curious, have you ever lived in an Apartment where you broke your lease and they DID give your deposit back?
