I don't know where everyone else has been living but this is honestly the best apartment I have ever lived in (it is my 5th apartment in 10 years). I have yet to hear any excessive noise through the walls. I was more bothered by the train in my last place (about a 1/2 mile from the tracks) than I am here, however I live in a South facing unit and the tracks are North so I concede that it may be louder for some (Get a South facing unit if you move here) . I like the clubhouse and exercise room. The staff has always been real nice and they have let us know exactly what is expected of us. I can easily walk to many different stores and eateries in the area yet the traffic noise is minimal. Everything in the unit is new so that's pretty nice. There is an issue with the small garbage bins getting filled up too quick and being hard to locate...but compared with the problem of finding large fixed dumpsters filled with furniture and other illegal dumping from the surrounding neighborhoods in past apartments I have lived in, I can live with this. Parking is a little hard to find if you get in late -- but it's not impossible. Overall I like living here.

I'm thinkin this review might have been written by someone who works in the office....curious? This apartment complex is not that great.

Well, I guess you'll just have to take my word that I am a real tenant and I don't work for this place. I simply and honestly find these apartments better than any others I have lived in. I must have missed out on some great apartments in years past if this place is considered so bad by comparison.
Now that I think of it, how do we know YOU don't work for a competitor of Water Tower Flats? I am kidding of course, and I don’t really think you do. I would ask that you please give me the same benefit of the doubt and consider my review genuine. Just because I may disagree with you it doesn’t mean I am a company shill.
