Nice place but some problems From: arent77 Date posted: 9/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Looked nice before moving in. Noise is often a problem and management is unwilling to do anything about it other than threaten to close the pool earlier. Cigarette butts litter common areas and hallways/stairwells and other areas. Parking is a problem, and has been taken over by reserved parking; forget having guests visit you unless you want them to hike. The staff is nice, however maintenance requests can be an issue (Almost never fixed on the first visit).
