Westward Look

Mostly good points, just a few negatives From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Apartments are well laid out, construction quality is good, appliances are good quality. My particular floor plan has inadequate closet space, although other plans are better in this regard. Apartment numbering scheme is confusing for visitors. Westward Look has a nice club house, but it is almost useless as it is only open when everyone is at work. While staff seems to want to be helpful, they are so hung up on "following the rules" that they won't do simple things that would make a big positive difference in resident satisfaction.
