Great Experience - I just don't get all of these negative comments regarding Aspen Point. My family and I have lived here since Feb. 2003 and will continue to live here and very happily! This building is older than others however since what I hear is new management I have no complaints. Not worth it Management was ok, apartments were dirty and walls were thin. The countertops were horrible and the toliet and bath tub leaked although remodeled. Not a safe place at all to live especially with a family. It is better to spend a bit more for something safer and cleaner.
