I have been at this dump for 5 years. Eveything from bedbugs to roaches exploding. The water is turned off with no explanation. We went a week in Oct without hot water and that is how the building is heated. The manager thinks you should bow down to her and kiss her end. I called the fire dept because of heavy ammonia in hallway. Heavy chlorine from pool. Next day I am told I cannot renew my lease. And manager locked me out of my mail box. You will need to keep the code enforcement number handy.
