I decided to move into Aspenridge because I was told it was safe considering how close it was to the Air Force base. I was misinformed. I can not count how many times that I say police cars arresting people. I even walked past a man passed out infront of my apartment once.

The part that truly irritated me was the fee's that I was required to pay apon moving out, they claimed that I had a dog. I did have one for two days that I was pet sitting and it was cleared through the office. They claimed that it was never cleared and charged me hundereds of dollars for replacement of carpet, no messes were ever made.

There was also a SEVERE water leak from the apartment above me that caused parts of my bathroom celling to cave and the paint on the walls to bubble, they were VERY slow to fix this, then left holes in the celing and exposed pipes for days.

There are better places to live not far from there, and safer too...

its unfortunate but things have not changed much here... for the better anyway :(
