In a perfect world, everyone would be a great neighbor and management would enforce the rules. However, this is not a perfect world. There are three dumpsters used to place your trash, and people STILL throw their trash everywhere except the dumpster. It's in the general area of the dumpster, but not IN the dumpster. I keep getting ads on my door from the same retailer, and mgt. has done nothing to stop these nuisances from putting their ads on my door. People (teenage kids) smoke in the fitness center, break into the pool area before/after operating hours, steal free weights from the fitness area, defecate on the floor of the clubhouse bathroom, park alongside the curb (lazy people), and are generally rude drivers. If you live here and park against the curb, you are WRONG! Management seems to be more concerned about getting that elusive resident than keeping the ones they have. The area is nice, and has tons of potential, but some of the residents belong in the county jail and not in the general public.
