I had an aweful experience living here...the people in the office were rude, the maintenance workers were not timely, it was loud, not safe (multiple units were broken into, gun fire and cars broken into). The complex was not kept clean, their were piegons, mice and tons of bugs....
I would look somewhere else

the grounds are always kept up and these break ins were random break ins that happen everywhere you live dummy

I lived there the same time you were there, and the grounds were always kept up... When someone had an issue the staff always took care of it quick. There had been a gun fired near the pool one night, however the next day the person was evicted... The staff always took care of their residents

Actually the poster is correct. The security is bad. And the staff could care less about your security problems. The Property Manager goes out of her way to avoid you.

i agree with the poster... there is trash everywhere, bugs the pool chairs are all broken, the pool is filthy, there is never paper in the printers at the media center and the staff is just plain ignorant... this place was beautiful at one time but now its as trashy as the leasing agents...
