Since moving in 2005 my brother-in-law has had his car vandalized twice and plates stolen once. Security is obviously a problem. As one more kick in the side, when he got his replacement plates they didn't have the proper month sticker on them. (his fault for not paying closer attention)
Property Management did give him a warning ticket informing him of his license plate problem (He's actually happy about that, he wanted to fix that ASAP). Even after informing them that he will fix this problem and PLEASE don't tow my car. ... They towed it the very next day after saying they would not. Lovely people there at Aspen Ridge. They run the place like pre-schoolers.
Other problems include lots of trash in the corridors, very noisy, almost nonexistent snow removal on heavy snow days, very poor construction. My unit cost nearly as much to heat and cool than my 4 bedroom house down the street!
