I'm military and I've rented from several places over the past 15 years and everything about this place is the worst I've ever seen. ALL the staff is rude haven't met one of them that's been nice and polite. I go in during my lunch break to pay my rent and they ignore me. Can you say ants and spiders galore' If you have kids make sure you shake their clothes for spiders. My daughter always had spider bites. They are also too expensive for what they offer. Stay away from here!! I have a few of my Air Force buddies that can't wait for their lease to be up to. Maintenance is horrible to my heat went out for a week before they finally sent someone to fix it.

This reviewer is 100% on target. The staff at Aspen Ridge is the worst! Don't be fooled be the presentation. The quality is horrible. Expect high heating bills and a lot of noise from your neighbors.
