Well i have been here at aspen ridge for about 2.5 years now and i have finally had enough. Me and my roomate live in a 2/2 and have had nothing but problems. We chose to live here because we work for an airline out at DIA and it is close to work but not close to anything else. The location is really bad with lots of traffic on iliff. Thats not the real problem, the leasing agents are nice but the mgmt is very unprofessional and rude!! If you have a problem that needs to be fixed, they take offence to it when you let them know. One major issue that this property has, is that the buildings seems to be shifting. The doors, including patio and front door do not close properly and have big gaps causing heat or cold to come in. Same thing for the windows. Our electric bill has gone up as a result, and mgmt will not do anything about it.

On a positive note, this apartment complex is great for families, as it is very quiet and safe. I have never had a noise complaint or any of my property being vandalized. Minor maintance issues are usually fixed within the same day they are called in, except for the doors shifting.

To sum it all up...Do not move here...for the price of this place, your better off else where!
