I have lived at Aspen Ridge formerly, Jefferson @ Aspen Ridge since they were new.
Moved in March 2003 to a new 1 bedroom and loved the apartment and the property, it was very nice and well maintained by JPI (Previous Owners). In January 2008 I moved into a 2 bedroom unit becuase I needed more space and it that is when I noticed things werent as nice....The apartment I moved too was in a different part of the complex and had extensive shifting and I am on the top floor had stress fractures in the drywall and ceilings all throughout the apt.
Granted the complex is now owned by Lincoln Property but it just feels different like they dont care, I have had numerous maintenance issues and it takes forever to get things fixed. the property looks very nice from the street but if you within there are definite problems and the staff could be nicer. Moving out 3/2009
