The reviews of Aspen Ridge are quite disturbing, but overall true. I am currently a resident here at Aspen Ridge, and although I think the overall complex is good in appearance, it leaves alot to be desired once you move in. I too find the leasing staff to be unprofessional and very impolite. They are very reluctant to act on irresponsible residents who repeatedly disturb other residents with noise, pets and unruly children. It seems, as long as you pay your rent, your allowed to do whatever you please here. Moving is a very time consuming and expensive process and you would think they would want to keep you here, but times have changed and people just don't care anymore. I'm not sure your going to find too many other communities out there that care either. Unfortunately the only way to know is to experience it first hand, which can be too late sometimes. HOW SAD!
